This website is operated by Propelius Technologies, trading as Propelius. By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

What these terms cover

These terms cover the public eduinsight360 marketing website: the information published on it, the interactive product demonstrations, and the demo request form.

They do not cover, and do not create:

• Any licence, subscription or right to use the eduinsight360 platform.
• The student, family, organization admin or platform admin portals of any deployed platform.
• Payments between an organization that runs the platform and its own students or families.
• Exam results, admissions outcomes or any guarantee of score improvement.
• Setup, customization, support or service levels of any kind.

Those matters are dealt with in a separate written agreement if and when we enter into one.

Using this website

You may browse the website, interact with the demonstrations, and contact us about eduinsight360 for your organization. You may print or save pages for your own reference.

Things you must not do

• Use the website unlawfully, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its server, or any connected system.
• Introduce malicious code, or attempt to probe, scan or test the website’s security.
• Systematically scrape or copy the website’s content, or use automated means to place a disproportionate load on it.
• Submit false information through the demo request form, or use it to send unsolicited or abusive messages.
• Reproduce our content or branding except as permitted below or by law.

Website content

We publish the content of this website in good faith and try to keep it accurate and current. It is general information about our product, not advice you should rely on for a specific decision without checking it with us first.

Brand and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, layout, graphics and code of this website are owned by, or licensed to, Propelius Technologies. The eduinsight360 and Propelius names, logos and brand materials belong to us and may not be used without our permission.

SHSAT, SSAT, ISEE, HSPT, TACHS and other exam names are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the exams the platform supports, and their owners do not endorse eduinsight360.

Product information and demonstrations

• The product previews on this website are illustrations built with sample data. Student names, scores, seat counts and statuses shown in them are fictional examples, not real records.
• Typing an academy name or choosing a color in the branding preview is a local visual preview only. It does not create, configure or publish anything, and nothing you type there is sent to us.
• The practice questions were written for this demonstration. The revenue calculator uses example numbers you can change; its results are illustrations, not forecasts or quoted prices.

Browsing this website, interacting with a demonstration, clicking a call to action, or submitting the demo request form does not create a subscription, a purchase, a licence or any binding commitment on either side.

Demo requests

When you request a demo, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We use it as described in our privacy policy. Any commercial terms, including pricing and delivery timelines, would be agreed separately in writing.

Third-party services and links

The demo request form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party service, and your use of the form is also subject to that provider’s terms. Where the website links to a third-party site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or practices.

Availability and changes

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and may update the content at any time, without notice.

Accuracy of product descriptions

We try to describe eduinsight360 accurately, but descriptions on a marketing website are necessarily summaries. Functionality, customization options, setup scope, timelines and commercial arrangements are confirmed in a direct discussion with us and, if we proceed, in a written agreement.

Liability

We provide this website and its content on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on the website’s general information.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from them shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Gujarat, India. This does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
